Rechargeable is not the same as refillable.
Battery design and liquid-reservoir design describe different things.

Two different systems
Rechargeable describes the battery accepting a charge. Refillable describes a liquid reservoir designed to be replenished. One term does not establish the other.
Keep model records separate
ALIBARBAR’s manufacturer homepage describes SWIRL and INGOT differently. The INGOT entry is labelled non-rechargeable, while the SWIRL entry describes its own battery capacity. A brand-level summary should not erase model differences.
Read the original instructions
Use the documentation supplied for the exact model. Do not attempt to open, modify or recharge a device that was not designed for it. A visible liquid chamber alone does not mean it is refillable.
